Terms of service

Sporttex makes teamwear and is based at Rruga Shembull 1, 10000 Prishtinë. Contact: info@sporttex.com, +383 44 000 000.

These terms apply to the website, the configurator and customer accounts.

• Your account is personal. Give accurate details and keep your password secret.
• You must confirm your e-mail address before you can use the account.
• We may suspend an account in case of misuse (e.g. unlawful content, attacks on the service).
• You can delete your account at any time under “My account”.

The 3D and 2D views are illustrations. On-screen colours, materials and dimensions may differ slightly from the produced item. Before production we check and confirm the details with you.

Unconfirmed designs can be saved in your account or locally in your browser. We do not guarantee that local drafts are kept.

• Only upload logos, names and text you are allowed to use (e.g. your club crest, sponsors).
• You need the players’ permission to use their names; for minors, the permission of a parent or guardian.
• You allow us to process this material only to handle your request and to produce the order.
• We may refuse offensive or unlawful content or content that infringes the rights of others.

• Do not misuse the service: no attacks, no automated scraping that burdens it and no attempts to reach other people’s accounts or data.
• Do not upload unlawful or offensive content or content that infringes the rights of others.
• In case of misuse we may remove content or suspend the account.

The configurator does not sell online and does not accept card payments. When you send a request, it reaches us by e-mail (first name, last name, phone, e-mail, design and player list) and we contact you directly.

A request is not yet a contract. A contract is only formed when both sides have confirmed the details, the price and the delivery date. Payment is arranged directly with us (e.g. bank transfer or on delivery), as agreed.

The configurator shows no binding prices. The price, taxes and delivery costs are agreed with you directly and confirmed in writing before production.

Personalised garments are made to order, so returns without a reason are usually not possible. This does not limit your statutory rights for faulty goods: write to us within a reasonable time after delivery.

The Sporttex website, its text, design and photographs belong to Sporttex or are used with permission and may not be copied without our consent. The 3D garment shapes are based on third-party models used under their licences; see “Licences and credits”.

You keep your rights in the designs and logos you create or upload; you only allow us to use them as described under “Content you upload”.

We aim to keep the service available and free of errors but cannot guarantee it. Our liability is limited as far as the law allows; damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence and mandatory consumer rights are not limited.

We may update these terms; we will tell you in advance about important changes. The law of the Republic of Kosovo applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live.
