• Account: e-mail, password (stored only as a hash), first name, last name, phone (optional), club, team role, country and language.
• Designs: model, colours, texts and positions, and the version history.
• Uploaded logos: the original files and processed versions.
• Player lists: names, numbers, sizes and quantities.
• Order requests: first and last name, phone, e-mail, organisation, message, design, player list and status.
• Technical data: IP address and short-lived server logs, for security and to limit abusive requests.

• To provide your account and the configurator (contract with you).
• To handle your requests, contact you and prepare the order (pre-contractual steps and performance of the contract).
• To keep the service secure and prevent misuse (legitimate interest).
• To meet legal obligations such as accounting.

We do not sell data and do not use advertising or profiling.

There are no online card payments and we store no card data. When you send a request, your first and last name, phone, e-mail, design and player list are sent by e-mail to the business inbox so we can arrange the order with you. Payment is arranged directly with us.

• Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage), in EU data centres (Frankfurt, Germany).
• Vercel (website hosting and delivery network), which processes HTTP request data; servers outside the EU may be involved, covered by standard contractual safeguards.
• Our e-mail provider, for account and request e-mails.

All of them act only on our instructions under data processing agreements.

• Account, profile, designs, logos and player lists: until you delete your account.
• Shared links: until they expire or are revoked.
• Requests and orders: as long as accounting law requires (up to 10 years). When you delete your account they are kept without your personal data (no contact details, no player names); open requests are cancelled.
• Technical logs: for a short time (usually up to 30 days).
• Local drafts: in your browser until you delete them or sign out.

• Access: see which data we hold about you.
• Rectification: edit your profile yourself under “My account”.
• Erasure: delete your account yourself under “My account” → “Delete account”.
• Restriction, objection and data portability.

Write to us at info@sporttex.com. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority: in Kosovo the Information and Privacy Agency (AIP), in Albania the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Personal Data Protection (IDP).

Strictly necessary cookies and similar storage keep the site working: they keep you signed in, remember your cookie choice and keep unfinished designs on your device. They need no consent and are always on. They are listed below.

We use no advertising or tracking cookies, and no analytics is active at the moment. If we ever add analytics or anything else that is optional, it will stay off until you allow it under “Cookie settings”, and this list will be updated first. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer or the button below; a new choice replaces the old one. Blocking the necessary cookies in your browser will stop signing in from working.

Drafts and logos you upload without an account stay on your device and are not sent to us until you save them to your account.

If you enter players’ names, make sure they (or their parents, for minors) agree. We only use them to print the garments and never show them on shared links.
